Object Identification Enquiries Service
The museum provides a specialist identification service to any member of the public that has an item they wish identified. The service is free and can provide up to one hour of research on an object. To book an item in for identification please bring it along to the museum during working hours with any information you have about the object, including where and when it was found. If a curator is not available on the day you may be asked to leave your object with the museum for identification at a later date.  The museum does not provide valuations.
