The Secret Life of a Collector

With funding from the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery has been able to research the remarkable natural history collection made by Sir John St. Aubyn in the 18th century.  This exhibition will provide you with a rare opportunity to see a unique mineral collection. Also on display will be some of St. Aubyn's beautifully pressed plants. Come and discover more about the colourful history of this Cornish collector and his friends.
