‘Unto the Self’ is an exhibition by British sculptor Robert Bryce Muir which examines the human body in relation to its environment. The centre piece of the show is a life size steel sculpture of a male figure and neon cube. Visitors walk through and around the sculpture experiencing a changing relationship with the figure and the environment. Repeat visits to the exhibition are rewarded as the figure changes position regularly both inside and outside its anchoring cube.

The exhibition includes a number of other works by the artist which explore similar themes in relation to the human body. These include drawings and smaller-scale metal sculptures.
