Please note that the museum will be closed as detailed below:

Mummy on the move!
The Egyptian gallery will be closed from the 28 April. The Mummy will reappear when the new Ancient Civilisations gallery opens on the 8 June

The Museum and Library will be closed for the RIC Members Only day.

Key Stage 3 and 4

Civil War session

Provision at KS3 and 4 covers both workshops within the museum and sessions in school. Cross curricular workshop sessions are based on the handling and investigation of original artefacts and archive material.

In addition to these subject areas workshops can be tailored to your needs to accompany temporary exhibitions. We also run sessions based around the life of famous Trurorians eg Richard Lander.

New workshops covering the subject areas of PSHE and Marketing are being developed.
Each March we aim to have workshops specifically targeted towards Science week.
