1.2. References to the Materials shall mean the whole or any part thereof.
1.3. The term “trademarks” shall where the context admits be deemed to include all logos and service marks.
2. Your use of the Website
2.1. You are permitted to access, download and print pages from the Materials on a temporary basis for the sole purpose of viewing them for non-commercial personal or educational purposes provided that you do not, without the prior written consent of the Museum, otherwise:-
2.1.1. Copy reproduce, publish, post, transmit, distribute or download the Materials in any kind of medium.
2.1.2. Extract from, manipulate, alter or modify the Materials in any way.
2.1.3. Interfere with any copyright notice originally attached to the Materials.
2.1.4. Store the Materials in any medium including extraction into any other database, computer programme or website.
2.1.5. Broadcast, display, perform or present the materials publicly.
2.1.6. Rent, lease or lend the Materials.
2.1.7. Commercially publish or exploit the Materials in any manner.
2.2. In using the Materials you warrant to the Museum that you will not infringe its intellectual property rights nor will you breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Trademarks
3.1. The trademarks of the Museum, the Royal Institution of Cornwall and any third party displayed on the Website are the registered and unregistered trademarks of the same. Nothing contained in the Website shall be taken to construed and granting any license or right to use the trademarks displayed on the Website without the prior written permission of the owner. Your misuse of the trademarks on the Website is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. Every effort and care has been taken in preparing the Materials, however the Museum disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy thereof, and the Materials shall at all times constitute work in progress which it may change without notice. The Museum shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Materials.
4.2. Links within the Website may lead to other websites. These are provided for convenience only. The museum does not sponsor endorse or otherwise approve of any information or statements appearing in those websites, nor in websites referred to or linked to those websites.
