The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with unisex accessible toilets, ramp and lift, baby changing facilities, shop and cafe.

Quieter hours:
If you are planning a visit and would prefer a more relaxed experience, our quieter hours tend to be between 2 – 4pm during school term times. Sunny days are usually quiet and rainy days are usually busier.
Sensory maps, bags and ear defenders are always available to borrow for free from the reception area.
